| Google Maps NYC subway station smells |
Our inimitable sister site Gawker takes the Google map mashup to an olfactory extreme with the New York City Subway Smell map.
See what stations smell like perfume, food, poo or a whole host of other lovely big city scents. Having just spent a week back in NYC after a year of California fresh air, I can personally attest to the pungentness New Yorkers unknowingly get used to every day.
